Nitobond SBR(Latex) is modified styrene butadiene emulsion specially designed for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious systems. It is resistant to hydrolysis and can therefore be used for external applications too. For modifying and improving bonding of floor toppings, renderings and mortars; repair of worn, damaged and spalled concrete, repair of large cracks; polymer modified floor screeds; waterproof plasters for masonry and slurries.

Dr. Fixit Sureseal is single component specially designed waterproof protective coating that prevents damp patches on Internal & External walls & Roof of building. When cured forms breathable, very tough yet elastic film which develops strong bonding to damp surfaces and does not allow water to pass through. Dr. Fixit Sureseal is tintable may be applied over previous exterior coatings in sound condition.
